JAMES'S HILL, GRITNAM AND GRIFFINS

For the most part, this will be a shady walk in the leafy forest with some interesting houses and cottages along the way. The car parks in the New Forest now require payment and for 4 hours, you will need to pay £5. So you may like to consider car sharing.

You have to pay by Ringo, not cash or card, and as there is no online connection possible from there, you can do it within 24hrs when you get home.

Please bring refreshments for a stop along the route and plenty of water as it looks like it will be fairly hot. 

I can offer a car share from Romsey, if anyone would like to, either from Abbotswood or the Rapids in Romsey. Please contact me by 8pm at the latest on Wednesday 15th to arrange.
