Location: Car park opposite Paterson Centre in Church Road

From car park steadily uphill to Upper Swanmore, into Phrymph Wood, and out on to Dundridge Lane. Across fields and along Dundridge Lane again to enter Runnydown Copse - more uphill. Finally downhill to Hoe Road and back to car park.

This is a mixture of farmland, woodland and quiet lanes. Gradients are gentle. There are 5 stiles, all in good condition and not difficult.
